Two semi-independent buildings in the centre of the community of Kato Moni, Nicosia District. The buildings in the centre of the community of Kato Moni in Nicosia District, Cyprus are located about 115 metres south of the Community Council building of the community.
The buildings were erected around 1935 in the traditional style (brick), with an area of around 181sq.m., an area of covered verandas of around 20sq.m. and were erected on a piece of land of 244sq.m.
The two-storey building consists on the ground floor of three rooms and a laundry room. The first floor consists of a living room, a separate kitchen, a toilet with shower and three rooms which can be used as bedrooms. Access to the upper house is achieved via an external staircase. Externally there is a separate privy and pilot house.

It is noted that the buildings need extensive renovation.
